Coaching is a collaborative process that helps individuals identify and achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and achieve their fitness goals with less trial and error.
No. Everything taught in the Thrive Training is based on hormone focused nutrition, hormone focused supplements and herbal medicine.
If you are currently already using bio identical or HRT hormones, the Thrive training is still beneficial to account for the other changing hormone levels in peri and post menopause.
The investment for a hormone test is separate. There are different types of hormone testing and depending on your goals we could discuss if this would be beneficial for you.
The duration of coaching varies depending on individual needs and goals. It can range from a few weeks to 5 months or longer.
Coaching can help you save time and costs associated with the trial and error of doing it without a guide plus support and accountability.
